ITV has extensive understanding of Asian markets and has experience in Asia focused market entry and expansion. We will leverage our extensive network of entrepreneurs and partners that we work with in planning as well as executing an Asia market entry plan.
Our engagement model involves creating an Asia focused Joint Venture Vehicle formed by the Investee, ITV and Investors. ITV will provide hands on management for the first 12-18 months of operations implementing the market entry strategy. In the next phase further funding could be sourced for the vehicle in its own right and a focused operational management team is put in place.
Our model precludes us from investing in pre-revenue companies or companies that are still working on their technology or business model or are pre-customer. Where appropriate we may facilitate introductions to our networks which include incubators, accelerators, govt. funds/grants, angels etc.
